PS "Whatever " or "wha ..ver " is the most devastatingly effective put-down over here that I know of .Much more effective than Anglo Saxon.

It transpires that the reserch is the result of a survey of 200 students and as such seems to me to be not much more than a reflection of their attitudes to life and relationships .
It is just possible that all that the experiemnt shows is that students are influenced by James Bond Films .

OK . Origineous is still driving round the West so that means you and I will have to keep the show on the road ( as we always do) .
Been reading the "Black Swan " a text by Nassim Taleb , The Dean′s Professor in the Sciences of Uncertainty at the Uni of Massachussets .
Makes interesting reading if a trifle heavy .
Gone off whodunits for a while . too bloodthirsty these days (The whodunits not me ).
Weather here in London is great . OK for shirt sleeves and cool in the shade . Hardly see any AngloSaxons in Oxford St thee days but no matter .
The Underground is sticky now and the usual problem of trains getting stuck is back with us .
The buses just crawl .Take far too long to get out of central London. I have no idea how this will be solved ( if ever)
